Information you choose to send
Our forms collect your name, business email, business or professional details, and the short message you provide. We use these to respond to inquiries, learn about business needs, and discuss the pilot or Experts network you requested. Submission is voluntary and does not create an account, publish a profile, or apply for a job. We do not ask for payment details, financial records, identity documents, résumés, or client data.
How forms and hosting work
This website is hosted by Netlify. Submitted forms are sent over HTTPS to Netlify Forms and stored in the project's restricted dashboard for the Alderloop team to review. Netlify also processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Spam controls can filter a legitimate submission. We do not install advertising trackers or sell form submissions. This version uses system fonts and does not load Google Fonts.
Access, retention, and your choices
The founding team uses submissions for the inquiry or early-access purpose you select. We review retained inquiries every 90 days and delete details no longer needed for that purpose, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. This review is manual, not an automatic deletion feature. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your submission, or stop further contact, through the privacy request form below. Include only the email used for your original inquiry; never send identity documents. We may ask you to verify control of that email before disclosing or changing records.
Product status
Business software and the Experts directory are in development. Careers and employer job posting are coming soon. There are no live job listings, public professional profiles, payments, accounting integrations, or credential verification services. Demo values are fictional and demo edits reset when the page reloads. Vendors, Payroll, and Taxes modules use fictional records only. They do not collect employee identifiers, payroll records, vendor bank details, or tax documents. Use this channel for privacy questions or requests. Your request is also processed by Netlify Forms.
Changes and provider information
We will update this notice when collection or services change. See Netlify’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Legal entity details and final service terms must be completed before a paid product launch.
AI pilot privacy
The optional AI helper sends the text you submit to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not submit personal, confidential, banking, tax, payroll or customer information. This pilot accepts pasted non-sensitive text only; files and saved business records are not connected.
Alderloop does not intentionally save the prompt or answer in its own database or browser storage. Clearing the page removes the displayed text, but is not a deletion request to OpenAI or infrastructure providers. Requests use OpenAI’s response-storage setting off; provider abuse-monitoring retention and applicable provider policies may still apply. No zero-retention guarantee is made.
Netlify hosts the request handler and may process operational metadata, including IP addresses for rate limiting. No email is sent and no financial or account action is taken by the AI helper. For privacy questions, contact hello@getalderloop.com.
Free workspace privacy and storage
Vendor, bill and planner entries are processed in your browser. Alderloop does not send those entries to a server or AI provider. By default they disappear when the page is refreshed or closed. The optional remember setting stores entries in this browser’s local storage, accessible to anyone with access to the browser. This is not encrypted account-based storage and is not suitable for confidential records.
Backups and reports are downloaded to your device. Importing a backup reads it locally and asks before replacing current entries. Turning remember off removes the saved copy for this browser; downloaded backups remain on your device. Browser clearing, private mode or device loss can remove saved entries. The workspace does not connect to Stripe, bank accounts, payroll or tax systems. Manual paid status is not proof of payment.
