Starter, Business and paid add-ons are planned. Prices below are proposals, not offers for working services. The existing private cloud test does not collect cards or automatically charge. Future paid-plan trials will require a card and renew automatically only after a separate, explicit Stripe checkout.

Suggested launch prices for review. All paid add-ons are in development. Final usage limits and provider costs must be confirmed before sale. Items included in Business are not charged twice.
Payroll, tax work & human services.
Proposed starting prices for owner review, subject to provider costs and professional availability. These are not purchasable services. A final written quote and confirmed scope are required. Human services, payroll and filings are outside the software free trial.
Planned merchant transaction fee: 1% to Alderloop plus the processor’s actual fees. Both are deducted from the original payment before the business receives its net proceeds; the monthly software subscription remains separate. No live payment fee is collected today. Software fees do not include money movement, payroll, tax filing or human professional services.

For a $100 successful customer payment, the proposed Alderloop platform fee is $1.00. The business receives $99.00 minus the processor’s actual fees, before any other disclosed adjustments. This example does not assume a universal processor rate. Refunds, disputes, reserves and payout timing follow provider terms. A tax reserve is not proof of tax payment.

How the planned trial will work
- Choose a plan and optional add-ons. Review the exact monthly total, first billing date, any taxes or usage fees and cancellation terms.
- Enter card details on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Alderloop will not store card numbers.
- Try the working service for 30 days. No subscription charge during the trial; your bank may show a temporary card-verification authorization.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, Stripe will attempt the disclosed monthly charge automatically. Failed payments may require action.
- Manage billing or cancel through the planned billing portal. Reminder emails and cancellation will be tested before launch.
Billing is not enabled for unfinished services. The current private cloud pilot keeps its existing no-card, no-charge terms.
